Y.A.R.(R!) and other things:

Time to update things!

1) i am starting a small comic with some friends called Y.A.R.(R!) though if you're reading this journal you're probably interested enough in me to know that already. it's going to be printed and released probably bi-monthly, and any charges for the issue go towards production and distribution costs. I'm really excited about it, we have loads of material already!

2) i am learning the guitar : D it's sort of strange typing with the tips of my left hand fingers numb!

3) i've sort of started taking commissions! my first one was for my guitar teacher as payment for my lessons... so if anyone's interested I'd be happy to draw him/her your character (for a small fee ^^)

4) art college still KICKS FECKIN' ASS!

The above statement is pretty much how I feel about art, 'compulsion isn't the right word... but it's the first thing that comes to mind.'

  • Favourite game: Dark Cloud (cannot beat the oldies).
  • Favourite gaming platform: Play Station girl all the way.

Aha, er, I am a weird friend of hers I guess :3 My dA stalking ways led me to your page, so I thought I would continue my mission to creep out as many of her acquaintances as possible (a mission which she is totally to blame for for showing my weird fanservicey nude drawings to her mum, I still maintain).

Personally I find I can't watch Hugh Laurie in Blackadder any more because it's just too weird. He certainly has grown into his face with age, as it were...

hura for weird friends! i too am a friend of Megan's of the abnormal variety. it takes a lot to creep me out... do your worst!
*laughs* i've had a few near scrapes with fanservice are and mothers but fortunately no encounters!

i know, i only really got into Mr Laurie through house and then when watching Black Adder i'm like noooooes! that he has, that he has *drools*

Fortunately my parents are pretty cool with that sort of thing, though I used to take my laptop into school with this set as the wallpaper, which was always an interesting experience...

Of course the other pitfall of Blackadder is that one can end up finding Rowan Atkinson weirdly magnetic, if one tends to like the bastardly types. Which is SO UNFORTUNATE FOR SOME REASON.
